Hi I'm trying to find this one cartoon I watched as a little kid in the late 80s. I don't remember very much but it is basically these characters that are on some desert island and at one point one of them is on a lighthouse and falls onto the sand. They have a treasure hunt (or something like that), and at one point the jungle has gone from color to black and white, I don't know if the color was rained away or what, and some of them paint it to the correct colors by throwing paint cans filled with paint at the trees and leaves. And I think there is a part with a waterfall.

Is this an episode of Rainbow Brite, or does anyone know what else it could be? Thanks!
