Those two new Disney shows seem to be "borrowing" from this show's story lines. In Aaron Stone, it's a normal boy by day but also an undercover secret agent. J.O.N.A.S. (the Jonas Brothers' new show), the Jonas brothers play rock stars (like themselves), but also try to live normal lives. The whole world knows that they're rock stars (unlike Hannah Montana), but it sounds a lot like the Famous Jett Jackson to me. Why is Disney borrowing from this show lately?

shareThat Aaron Stone stuff is what got me thinking about Jett Jackson again. I think they could be kind of "recycling" the older stuff.

Before they even aired TFJJ, while they were still Toon Disney, I happened to be watching and got so excited Jett Jackson would be coming back on until I realized it was a promo for Aaron Stone.
Maybe not so much on the Jett side of things but it defintely borrows from Silverstone. The look of the show, some of the gadgets they use are even similar. There is even a Artemis type on the show. Although I've never actually watched an ep.
