Jett Jackson: The College Years-- Shows Here:

OK, People! We all wanted to see Jett Jackson, Kayla & JB all go off to college together! Disney never made it happen for us! NOW it is up to US to make it happen! I present to you the first M.B. Showcase where YOU are invited to Post YOUR favorite Jet Jackson: The College Years show ideas and enjoy them all with other fans. By doing this we will inspire TV top dogs to bring back reruns of The Famous Jett Jackson, and experience our OWN Internet Season of Jett Jackson: The College Years, via Net Message Boards. I'll go first. Here's my first idea:

JETT JACKSON: THE COLLEGE YEARS
TITLE: "In A Haze"
ISSUE: Duh...Hazing
IDEA: Jett gets lured in.
STORY: As Follows...

BEGINNING:
JETT JACKSON: It's their first year of college together, with JB and Kayla, and already, girls are chasing the Famous Jett Jackson everywhere he goes, and guys are trying to be like him, pretending they know him, bothering him for advice. Jett gripes about it to Kayla and JB. Kayla notices other freshman, Anthony, hanging from flag-pole ("extreme challenge"). Jett, Kayla & JB hurry and help Anthony down. Anthony brushes off how he got up there, befriends them and invites Jett to frat meeting. Kayla and JB look at each other, humorously confused by Anthony's casual attitude about being stuck on a flag pole high by school roof but shrug it off, following Jett and Anthony. (BEGINNING CREDITS)

SILVERSTONE: Silverstone and Hawk get orders from Artemus to go to warehouse, fight The Rat's thugs, retrieve stolen jewels & rescue Tyrese Kenyamu, a kidnapped business tycoon. So they go to warehouse, fight The Rat's thugs. Hawk goes to retrieve stolen jewels. Silverstone goes to get business tycoon. Sees sileouette of fighting behind curtain. He hurries over. Behind curtain, person in suit drop-kicks person in suit, picks up pole. Silverstone grabs pole. Person puts hands up. "Thug or spy?" Silverstone asks. "Neither," she turns around (she's beautiful), "I'm a business tycoon. They call me Ty." In awe of her beauty, Silverstone is speechless, stunned.

MIDDLE:
JETT JACKSON: Jett goes to frat meeting with Anthony. Welcomed, Jett decides to join their fraternity. Then Jett meets: The HAZERS-- The leader of them being Brett, a rich, spoiled competetively jealous frat bully who has it in for Jett, who's fame and fortune threatens him. Jett tells Kayla and JB about it. They're happy for him. JB calls Jett "the man". Kayla asks if there's gonna be any hazing involved. Jett sort of lies and says there won't be. She's relieved. He looks guilty.

SILVERSTONE: At M.O.M. Hawk relates to Artemus how Silverstone hasn't been on top of his game since he "saved" Ty (and won't shut up about her). Silverstone enters, touring Ty around secret lair. Shocked Hawk, "You brought her HERE?" "She needed a place to go. She's safe here." Silverstone exits with Ty. In jaw-dropped shock, Riley glares at surprised Artemus. On tour, Silverstone and Ty play sporty spy hi-tech 3-D video car chase, talking. She admits that the reason she fell into the hands of the Rat, was because she did business with the wrong people. Her partners pushed her to make the deal so they'd be successful and welcome her on the team. Turns out, she made a deal with criminals. "I wish I'd been there to warn you." Silverstone tells her, navigating video car around corner, racing her. "So do I. I woulda listened to you." she says, "You're cute." He crashes his car. She wins the race. "I win!" she gasps, giddy grin and gets up. Silverstone sighs, smiles, shaking head at his own goofiness.

JETT JACKSON: Jett goes back to next haze meeting, takes 1 of hazers' "extreme challenges" to "prove" himself and gets in serious (expultion) trouble, after being set-up by Brett. Jett takes the fall for Brett (hazing rules), but dean lets Jett go with mild warning because he's the Famous Jett Jackson, of course. Brett's angry. Jett tells JB and Kayla the truth, what happened. JB thinks Brett set it up on purpose to get Jett expelled. They warn Jett that hazing (and Brett) will just get worse (Kayla mentions how in many colleges, hazing has caused people serious injuries, and even death). Jett informs Kayla and JB that he's not quitting, annoyed by them, leaves. Feeling something bad might happen, JB and Kayla decide to go talk to authorities about situation, to save Jett-- But they get caught and blocked by a pack of bully frat hazers who have NASTY little grins on their faces. Gulp.

END:
SILVERSTONE: Silverstone and Artemus practice martial arts moves. Silverstone comes at Artemus with karate kicks. Artemus thwarts him, wins. "I hope you don't intend to impress young Miss Ty with those moves." Silverstone's caught off guard, "Whadayou--" "I know, Silverstone" Artemus helps him up, walks to table. Silverstone looks befuddled, "And why does everyone keep winning with me?" shakes it off. Follows Artemus. Artemus: "Be careful with the beautiful "Ty", Silverstone. She's been involved with hazardous people who could very easilly become more hazardous to you. I hope you know to never again bring anyone to Mission Omega Matrix before getting higher approval first-- no matter HOW much you're attracted to her. (little smirk on face) Silverstone looks scandalized, "Just cause of attraction?! I would never--" Artemus looks at him. "Yeah OK." Silverstone looks down, "But it wasn't her fault. Her business partners were--" "But it was her choice, Silverstone. Even though she was pushed to do the wrong thing by her peers, for whatever reasons, it was still her CHOICE to say NO." Artemus sighs, as if knowing what Silverstone's going through, "Be careful, Silverstone." Artemus leaves. Silverstone ponders this.

JETT JACKSON: Jett shows up at last hazing dare, meeting up with Brett, Anthony, others. Brett explains. His final "extreme challenge" is to race car over ramp, fast enough to fly over another hazing freshman, tied to the race track, WITHOUT touching him. Seeing the increased danger of probably hurting, if not killing, the guy tied to the tracks, Jett realizes things have gone too far and will get worse. He quits, refusing to do the dare, fearless in Brett's face. "NO", Jett says. When Jett refuses, Brett orders the hazers to pull sheet off other ramp, revealing Jett's friends, JB and Kayla, tied to another mock race track, bound and gagged under ramp. A driver-less race car awaits them, on the track. The New Challenge: Someone will drive car over ramp and fly over Jett's friends. If Jett doesn't think ramp will protect friends, he must race the car, on foot, untie his friends, and get them to safety before race car picks up enough speed to hit the ramp and (maybe) fly over them.

Jett threatens to hurt Brett if Brett hurts his friends. "I'm not going to hurt your friends." Cocky Brett smirks, "HE IS." Brett holds car keys out to Anthony. Anthony looks stunned and scared. Jett looks confused. Brett starts manipulating, degrading and pressuring lost, dysfunctional Anthony, to do it. Reluctantly, emotionally confused Anthony gives in to pressure. Takes keys. Avoiding eye contact with Jett, he slowly heads toward car, dropping head. Jett calls at him to come to his senses. Anthony stops. Brett talks trash. Anthony continues to car. Frusterated, before waiting for count, Jett races over to his friends. Anthony gets in car, starts engine. Jett gets to friends. Car starts driving. Jett unties friends. JB gets free 1st. Car vrooms toward them. (Brett yells at Anthony on walkie talkie to go faster and chase them until he corners them). Kayla's free. They run. Car races at them.

Kayla's ankle rope gets stuck on something. She falls. Car's steering wheel locks, brakes give out. Anthony gasps, freaks. Kayla hurries, frees herself, but car is locked, out of control, coming at her. Jett sees, races to her, leaps, knocking her out of way of car, JUST in time (like Jonny Quest but cooler-- hubba hubba!;-) Anthony still can't stop or control car, so he panics, jumps out, falling to pavement at bad angle. Car crashes into tree, explodes. People run over to Anthony. He's not moving. Jett, Kayla & JB jog over, concerned, breathing heavy, worn out.

AFTERWARD, the naughty hazer clique gets exposed and punished/arrested. Snotty, spoiled Brett hasn't learned his lesson-- but we get the impression he will in jail. Jett, Kayla & JB visit Anthony in hospital. Nurses say he'll survive. He apologizes. They forgive him. JETT learns his lesson. Sorry to friends. They do their own thing, throw a tight party. Some keg guys offer Jett a chance to be in this other frat thing that involves hazing. He lets them know that once the hazing stops, his membership can begin...

SILVERSTONE: Tyrese stops by hot dog stand to grab some grub. Hot Dog Guy gives her hot dog. She notices shady expression on his face, recognizing tattoo. Quickly, she turns to run, bumps into villain who holds her hostage. A couple more pop up, out of limo, to force her in. Silverstone swings in, knocks each one out, saves Ty. Thugs and limo speed off. "Thanks...again." Ty hugs Silverstone. He hugs back, but looks perplexed. "What's wrong?" she asks "I can't see you any more." he looks down "I mean, personally. I think we should keep it strictly business." "Why?" she looks bewildered. Silverstone looks away. She looks in same direction. "Oh, because of them? Silverstone, I'm not with them. I'm with you. I promise not to ever get involved with people like that again. I didn't know, I-- I need you to trust me. I need your help. I-- I don't have anyone else...but you...Silverstone." He looks at her. Looks away. Thinks. Sighs-- "You'll never get involved with them?" "Never." she affirms. He thinks again, nods. "OK then." he grabs hot dog from stand "Care for a hot dog?" Relieved, she laughs, shaking head, pinches him, teasing, takes hot dog. He grins, grabs another hot dog. They chow down.

THE END

And there is my episode for the first season of Jett Jackson: The College Years. It's just an idea. Probably needs a few changes here and there. But that's a thought that came to me, and now I'm sharing it with you. Any way, post YOUR idea here. What kind of Jett Jackson: The College Years would YOU like to see?

I think that u are very talented and that u have some great ideas. i have noticed how much u like jett jackson. i was an extreme fan when i was in junior high also. and i still love lee up to this day. the problem with ur idea is the fact that u are using ur talent to write jett jackson episodes. there is no way that a resurection of this show is gonna fly with the kids today. yet another problem that i see is that it is a college years show. most of these so called college years shows eventually get cancelled (saved by the bell to name just to name one). i personally believe that part of the appeal in these shows has to do with the age of the actors and the audience that it appeals to. in most cases alot of these topics are cheesey to say the least but cute because of the children saying the lines. and when they try to develop the charcters in to adults it falls short of our high expectations.

now im not sayin all of this negative to say that ur idea was not a great one. if u really wanna know i think it was excellent. but if anything is gonna happen again with jett jackson it wiil have to be done by new young talents that need the exposure. and ur idea can still be used because there are high school frats.i think thats u have the potential to write these types of show and i want to encourage you to keep on posting your work. i was entertained by your idea and i think that u probably can write for a childrens series. keep postin and i'll try to keep givin u feedback.

P.S. this is totall off topic but what do u think of thats so raven. i think u should try writing an episode of that. the physical comedy aspect of it should give you somethin to play around with.

HI THERE:
Wow. Thanks. I appreciate your honest, in depth feedback. That's cool. Actually, I was never REALLY crazy about The Famous Jett Jackson show. I was just cazy about Lee Thompson Young & SEEING HIM on The Famous Jett Jackson show-- or ANYWHERE on-screen.

JETT JACKSON: THE COLLEGE YEARS:
I agree with you about the show. Honestly, I never actually expected (and still don't expect) to see a Jett Jackson: The College Years series. Besides, I doubt very seriously that the entire cast (namely, uh...the star) would really be interested in retracing their steps back into YouthTV World before fully making a name for themselves in AdultTV World (and Movie World), first. I was only looking to help catapult the showcase of Famous Jett Jackson Reruns, on either Disney or a Disney-Branch Channel (like Nickelodian has Noggin-- Smart Move).

HIGH SCHOOL-2-COLLEGE SHOWS:
I also agree with you about college shows. I realize that most high-school-to-college-years shows don't work out (probably because the writing doesn't know how to grow up with the characters). If Jett Jackson did enter into college episodes, I can only see the show living out it's true potential for success on another network; One that would give it the freedom it would need to be more PG-13 (so it could deal with bigger, badder college life/adult life issues in more serious ways). Fox, The WB, UPN would be more like it. Disney hasn't shown itself to attempt to or successfully pull off real life high-school-to-college-years shows, that were both entertaining, realistic, and "safe for the little ones"-- with the exception of previously broadcast shows with a live studio audience (Boy Meets World, Sister Sister, etc).

WRITER@HEART:
I'm flattered that you like my writing. What you just read was actually the first tv series show idea I've ever written. A couple minutes to write. A couple hours to edit. (It didn't take long because I already had the Famous Jett Jackson style, theme & guidelines to follow & just married it to my idea. Kinda like taking a blank FJJ template and just filling in the blanks; the structure was already there). I have a lot of interesting, commercial-mainstream ideas that I've never seen done before (over 100 of them), but they're not TV shows. They're movies. I'm a young screenwriter/film-maker & singer/songwriter. I don't write TV shows. I write Big Screen films. (one movie, of which, I would like to star Lee Thompson Young in as the leading role, for sure).

CHILDRENS' SERIES:
But since you mention it, writing a children's TV series wouldn't be such a bad idea. I could try my hand at it some time. Appreciate the props of you envisioning my being successful in it. However, truthfully, I find it very difficult to write reality-based stories of popular interest that can consistently maintain G or PG ratings. Maybe 20-30 of my ideas could master a PG rating. Maybe up to 5 could be watered down to a G. But most of what I write masters the PG-13 zone (a zone, I personally prefer). I haven't really learned how to water stories down to a G/PG rating without watering down the seriousness of the drama along with it (and I like my drama concentrated, not watered down). Usually my stories have an unexpected grittiness, dramatic depth, or action that surpasses the G/PG zone, often dealing with a hot topic, unique situation, untapped drama, or unexpected action that makes them much more intense than most children's stories-- even when they're funny!. (Though the PG zone of stories like Harry Potter, Sister Act 2, A Walk To Remember, Holes, or The Count of Monte Cristo is up my alley).

TARGET AUDIENCE:
So really, when it came to what you just read, "Jett Jackson: The College Years": 1. An idea popped in my head. 2. I could visually see Lee and the FJJ crew portraying the story. So 3. I just tried to sync it up with the same style and flavor (cute corniness and grit limitations) that Disney applies to most of their TV shows, including FJJ. And I understand Disney's position. When your target audience is kids, ya gotta direct messages and images in ways they (AND they're parents) will more-than-likely accept. I have to respect that.

I just happen to need (and like) more freedom when I write, and MY target audience is usually not young children. Therefore my preference is PG-13. However, I do think that mastering the art of writing great reality-based stories of popular interest and entertaining style that can appeal to everybody (remaining safe enough for the little ones in the family) is a really good challenge-- and accomplishment, if you can do it right. (It would also be a good way for so many of today's "wannabee" writers to stop relying on messed up images and messed up messages to be the majority of their stories, or the thread that holds their whack scripts together-- AND I think THIS is why so many of today's movies SUCK).

THAT'S SO RAVEN:
As for That's So Raven, I do like the show (mostly cause Raven really makes it special) and WHEW! That show is CRAZY! --But so is she! And that's why we love her! (We knew she was a little genius ever since she was on the Cosby show) However, I really am drawn to stories with more seriously tackled issues, messages, values and drama, mingled with action, adventure, sharp-witty humor, and mystery. I like comedy, and I can do comedy-- But so far, all I've seen of That's So Raven is basically JUST crazy or physical comedy. In fact, the comedy is usually so crazy or physical that you can never really take the drama seriously.

It's like a non-stop party: OK! She's Raven! She's Psychic! She's Funny! Show's Crazy! (Now here's the break in the song where we all have to take a dramatic pause for a moment and go, "Ahhh"... 5...4...3...2...) AND WE'RE BACK TO BEING CRAZY AGAIN! WOO HOO! YEAH! --Which is totally cool --don't get me wrong-- but my style is WAAAY different. My type of comedy is even WAAAY more cutting and less forgiving (daring in a clever way). I LOVE That's So Raven-- CAUSE IT'S RAVEN! Who wouldn't love her?! But I've never actually seen the show deal with any real issues or deal with them in a way any of us could actually take seriously. It's just fun, and THAT'S IT.

Now, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air-- now that kind of show/comedy is more up my alley. (They also dealt with some serious issues in serious ways on that show as well-- plus it's awesome! Gotta love it!) Ditto for Malcolm In The Middle, The Simpsons, The Golden Girls-- smart comedy --especially if it makes fun of stuff like: Our pop culture, politics, and superficial-hipocritical society. Or the insanely dysfunctional drama that goes on in many American families. Or contrasts that include both parties (rich & ghetto, liberal & conservative, nerdy & popular, guys & girls, Black & White, whatever, it's funny). I also like romantic comedies like Diary of A Mad Black Woman, teen comedies like Mean Girls & Roll Bounce, dramas like Titanic & Crash, thrillers like Frequency, spooky movies like The 6th Sense & Final Destination, and family films like The Little Mermaid. So I definately range in my likes; but they all have some kind of powerful drama or level of seriousness behind them, that they share in common.

Any way, if I could add my own personal touch, style & flare to That's so Raven, I would. But they don't need me to. And believe-you-me-- with the success of that hot show, it'll be in reruns forever! I still very much appreciate the feedback though. I'll probably post another story of some kind up here soon. Hmm. What should it be?...

PS-- LEE THOMPSON YOUNG IS HOT!

I am glad that you and i can agree about Raven. If u notice something most of the people who dont like the show are the same people in love with the older shows. I think that the reason for the extreme dislike has to do with the age gap, and the difference in the shows of our time and the shows that the kids watch today. Spongebob is cool and everything but how in the world is he going to compare with Baloo from Tale Spin. People, like you said, need to take Raven for what it is and stop trying to make it into something else. We all know its kinda stupid but so is alot of things we take the time out to watch on televison. Im sorry if i sound like im lecturing its just that i needed to get that off my chest. And i get the feeling that you watch televison the same way that is do. this is not to sat that i have as much of an insight on films the way that you do.
I have never written any screenplays, and i personally dont feel like i have the eye to be in films. My boyfriend on the otherhand says that i have such an in debt opinion on what i watch. But he also says that i talk too much so i pay his ass no attention (lol). I wouldnt mind reading some of your work. And if anything we can collaborate i always have ideas to give away. i never know where to go with my ideas after a while it would be nice to talk to someone who is just as serious about their television needs (lol).
As far as what you were saying about target audiences i think that the main thing that the writers of these shows know how to do is wrap it up. All of the extra factors which would have to be addressed in a show whos target is older. It becomes evident if you start to notice how long the shows are, in many cases its only like 20 minutes of show and the rest is not even necessary. And also notice how few times the shows interconnect. Something can happen this week on a show and never be brought up again. You ever notice that in some shows the main characters meet in like five different ways its the most ridiculous thing ever but it works. Kids dont really worry about things like that. My advice to you in regards of being able to write a childrens show is to dumb it up and to keep it simple. Do not worry about the loose end being pulled together just make it happy at the end.
And now as far as moving on to something different i have a question which one do u like better:

The episode of Fresh Prince where Will got shot

or

The episode of Family Matters where Eddie gets beat up by the gang members

reply

LOL, boyfriends always think their girlfriends talk too much (cause most guys don't talk that much themselves), with the exception of the guys hooked up with superficial chickenheads who don't know what "con-ver-sa-tion" is, or boring chicks too brain-dead to have learned HOW to talk-- and we know why dumb guys hook up with dumb girls like these. Then they pay for their mistake on Father's Day. Haha! Ya shoulda known bettah, playa! Next time just go to the gym! Morons.

Any way, I only vaguely remember the Family Matters episode you're talking about, I think. I remember remembering that it was sort of good, but I don't really remember what really happened... If I saw it again, I'd know. It's been so long since I've seen Family Matters. But if I had to choose without seeing a re-run, I'd have to pick Fresh Prince, cause I love every episode of that show.

It's just my taste. Fun, but able to connect on a down-to-earth level and deal with real issues while still making me laugh about the way people are or can be (and who doesn't love Will Smith?!). Though I did like Family Matters better than Cosby. Mostly cause of Urkle or "Steff-on" and Laura Winslow. Cosby's cool, but more as a background while I'm doing other things, rather than for me to purposely sit and watch it. I think it's cause I have a low attention span regarding everything that's not of my interest. I should work on that. Oh well...

I'm not too sure on the age gap with Disney, though. I have cousins who are "Disney age" teens and they only watch Raven cause they think Raven's cool, and Phil of The Future, cause they think Ricky Ullman's hot. Other than that, they roll their eyes at how stupid Disney's shows have become, and they're actually MORE disgusted about the idiocy of the newer shows, more than those of us young adults who simply find them dumb because they're nowhere near the respectability and writing caliber of the older shows that we remember and like (and jeeze, they were only, like, what, 5 years ago? Four?).

They find the ridiuclous show stories and over-all premises (or presentation) to be utterly insulting of their intellegence, and they want something more realistic they can relate to-- and trust me. My cousins are the most sheltered, unexperienced, irritatingly clueless youths on the face of the planet earth. They KNOW nothing and WANT to know nothing about the harsh truths of life (it's actually quite frusterating sometimes, really). Yet, even THEY want something grittier and more down-to-earth (but still cute-looking and attractive... just not Lizzie McGuire, or any shows like that) They don't even like Phil of The Future. They just like the guy who PLAYS Phil of The Future. Kinda reminds me of me with Lee Thompson Young on The Famous Jett Jackson. (Truly, if he wasn't in the show, I probably wouldn't've watched it)

Any way, you know Lee's gonna be on this spicy new show called "South Beach" on UPN, right? They're talking about it on the M.B. Site now. It's gonna be like the O.C., only it won't suck, because Lee's in it, and anything with Lee in it, doesn't suck, for this reason alone. (Yeah. I like Lee) There are some South Beach set guys feeding us pieces and pieces of little tidbits about Lee and his character on the show. He plays, "Alex", the hot, young, tough manager of a club/hotel that his mother (Vanessa L. Williams) owns. Girl, you have GOT to see the tight insider's knowledge they're slippin' out! It's awesome!

LEE THOMPSON YOUNG IS FRIGGIN HOT, BABY!

OK, People. I can't be the only one with a Jett Jackson: The College Years Story Idea. Some of you have GOT to have at least ONE sentence of an idea for a Jett Jackson: The College Years Show. It can be funny, sad, action-packed, a mystery, romantic, spooky, suspense-thrilling, family-stuff, SOMETHING. Let's get it out! Be creative! Vent, my FJJ-loving friends! What? Does Jett get chased by a 30 Foot Lizard? I mean, people, just have FUN with this! Seriously!

1. silverstone ends up with artemus' adopted daughter. (he had her all along and just didn't say anything. name- viper)
2. miz coretta dies (she was visiting her nephew. jett's cousin jade thinks he blames her since it's the first time she came to visit them.)
3. jett's mom (ugh i don't like jewels) gets remarried.
4. cubby decides to start college with jett, kayla, and jb.
5. we find out that hawkins is working for cain's son who just so happens to be silverstone's cousin (silverstone's mom and cain were brother and sister.)

would you like me to continue or is that good? (these are just some things that happened in my stories. maybe we could collaborate on a story one day.)

hey does anybody remember when lee did this --->ô¿o ? look! i can do it too!!!

Wow. You got down to the nitty gritty, girl! Don't make me cry, though. Miz Coretta kicks the bucket? Sniff sniff.

Cubby going to school with them? That's an awesome idea! Artemus has a secret daughter! That's so cool! But Silverstone should befriend her before he knows who she is. Ha ha.

Hawkins is a bad girl? Oooooh. Sweet. I just saw her on a tv movie recently, actually, with red hair. She looks the same except for that.

Jett's mom should marry a guy Jett can't get a long with. Like an irritating or pushy stepdad who he's always got a conflict with, and he's constantly trying to express it to his mom but she has yet to fully hear him and truly understand. Yeah. This is definately broadcast material.

Let's write more stories! Keep our juices flowing! Woo hoo!

Well, sweetie, it depends on the type of college girls you're thinking of. Lee is a very strong, intellegent young man. He's not just hot. He's like a modern-day king who just wears street clothes, so nobody knows, right away, the admirable royalty he comes from (and he's royally FINE!)

So if we're talking about "Girls Gone Wild" college girls who get drunk and do disgusting tihs with guys so they can get a few dollars from the camera guy, they might only have the limited sight to only recognize Lee's physical hotness, and nothing else. (However, for the over-whelming majority of society, just being insanely hot tends to be more than enough)

Now if we're talking about normal, real girls who get their college on, and clever, smart girls who have the ambition to even be leaders at their colleges (Girl power, baby! Yeah, that's right!) Then, from the heck-to-the-yeah. They are going to see, not only Lee's insane hotness (cause he IS insanely hot), but they're also going to see his strength and coolness.

Many say he's very down-to-earth and he seems to have a sense of wisdom. There's an air of, just, manliness and integrity about him. He's special, but humble-- and he's mad-tight at martial arts. He can kick superior bad-guy butt. So he aint just cute, smart, deep, and unique. He's a bad mamma-jamma if the wrong dudes cross him the wrong way.

Hence, he's a protector, and probably a good provider. <Keh hem: HERO!> He is a real man. A good man. And unless you like the idea of girls being mistreated by fools who don't deserve a good woman because they don't know how to treat a lady (because they have not yet become real men yet) you will appreciate Lee, and have some sort of respect for guys like Lee, because unlike some (for lack of better terminology) "losers", Lee is a WINNER, a victor, a champ, AND from what I can tell-- a VERY strong man.

So Recognize.
