Red Baron's face + voice

If the red Baron's face was seen, he would almost look like the Red Baron from Scooby-Doo & Srappy-Doo; plus, if he were to talk, the guy who would voice him in my opinion is Jim Cummings, Do you agree on the idea of the red baron's voice & face, or do you guys have thoughtful ideas yourself, & why for both?
