Love that CLERKS quote J, one of the best in that flick.
This was a great flick as well. A real funny movie if you're a fan of cinema. Only a few things weren't great though:
1. The satanist character has to be one of the most generic in movie history. She pops into a scene, says something about satan/blood/etc, then is gone. Super cliche and lame, in a movie with otherwise great and fleshed out characters... seriously everyone but her was a great portrayal...
2. They hate bad cinema, but what about movies that are bad on purpose? The low budget (usually horror) flicks meant to be so bad they're good. Those aren't even mentioned, which is a shame cause Waters' himself made a few of them in the day
Other than those few things, this was a much better movie than I expected. Especially after I heard this movie was garbage...

Waters doesn't believe in making excuses for movies in that way... He thinks a movie is what it is, and that it can't be 'saved' by being looked at with an ironic slant.
