shareAs I recall, CBS ran all their "new" cartoon series two years back then; the second year was almost always "repeats" of the first season. The least popular new Saturday morning cartoon usually ended up for it's second season on Sunday morning in the single hour of cartoons CBS aired (the first half hour was always ancient Tom & Jerry cartoons from the 1940's, that never changed). Alas, poor Penelope was banished to Sundays for her second season but this worked out happily for me because that meant I would never missed it since there was nothing else for kids on tv on Sunday mornings except for an hour of ABC programming that aired after the CBS block.
