For what's it's worth, this movie and also Dead Mans Letter, can be bought, with english subtitles, for $7.00 per disc at allcluesnosolutions.com. There are hundreds of hard to find, foreign and domestic. movies here. Best I've found so far.

Pisma Myortvogo Cheloveka (1986), what you call 'Dead Man's Letter', is a different film: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091759/Posetitel Muzeya (1989) translates to "The Visitor To The Museum.Both films are extremely difficult to purchase and cost double-to-triple that.

I've got both titles from allcluesnosolutions.com for $7.00 apiece. Not difficult to find but to believe?

If buy a bootleg DVD with subs, someone is most likely selling you what they downloaded for free.

I can easily part with $7.00. All I care about is the story not the disc it's on. I collect stories not DVDs.
