I mean the only person he killed was the guy who put his family danger. And we don't even know why he's such a threat.

Not only is he a lousy actor but agree. I'd be more afraid of Marcus's wife than tapia. And like I said the actor who portrays him( can't remember his name..and I could care less) but he does a lot of these type of characters, and he's lousy .

psychopath. he planned on killing the guy and chopping him up to persuade Alexei to sell his clubs (plural). Also planned on killed his family if he didn't sign over the clubs. killed his cousin point blank (for a stupid mistake).

i think he was the kind of evil that would grow into a huge monster if allowed to go unchecked.

So which of the two bad guys was more evil? Tapia or Fouchet from the first movie?

Fouchet, for sure. That guy killed more people and was more cold-blooded.

Totally agree. I would be more afraid if I saw Fouchet in the dark than if I saw Tapia in the dark.
