Anyone else think this show was better than the 1960s show?

NO WAY!!

I used to hate this show, but I've come to appreciate it better, it does have it's own charm and is funny in it's own right, but it in NO WAY compares to the original.

I like in the original how the Addams are a family who is harmless that you can actually relate to in ways who are just slightly out of the norm and do things their own way. I didn't really like how this series turned them into flat out criminals.


Question your prejudices.

No I'm pretty sure you've got to be just about the only one. The original cult perfection this one seems like a cheap Chinese knockoff without any of the charm and warmth of the original. I'm not saying that you can never change the original the first two movies updated the characters and gave it new life and got it right this TV remake did not.
