Shockingly under rated film

I saw this on cable when I was living in Japan and thought it hilarious. I am therefore shocked that it has such a low score and that it does not seem to have the exposure it deserves.

As suggested in one of the threads on where to get a copy of the film, try a Japanese website (Amazon Japan has an English page but Japanese DVDs do not work in the N America I suspect)
