Either the animation frame budget was low on this or I need to go get an MRI. Some of the scenes were so clearly missing frames that it was physically painful on the eyes to watch. Anyone else notice the animation as being particulary NOT smooth?

The animation quality is definitely low grade in this. I don't really know what I was expecting when I saw this but I can say it definitely wasn't for it to be so incredibly cheap looking overall. By comparison you can clearly tell where effort was put forth on the original film, but with this it just looks like corners were cut left and right.
