What Do People Expect When They Watch Low Budget Films?

This film was fairly decent and held the viewers interest through-out. Cetaintly, better than watching some boring film on the Sci-Fi network, with loads of commercials and an on-screen logo.

A lot of people seem to love ripping low budget action films, often for cheap or non existent special effects. Today's "A" films often over use special effects, camera tricks or just dopey action (e.g. a 125 woman beating up big guys). When films are more real?

I like to see what can be done for $1 million, or far less, than some over hyped $150 million film with poor writing.
