Indiana Jones 4 was just like Pandora Directive

Did anyone think that someone behind Indy 4 must have played The Pandora Directive? I thought there were lots of similarities - obviously the ending but throughout I kept thinking it. When they ended up in South America at the end of Indy 4 I was thinking to myself how similar the two stories actually are.

Anyone else think this?

Absolutely, IJ4 storyline was a complete take off of Pandora Directive. But playing the video game was much much better than the movie.
On that note, I hope someone makes another Tex Murphy adventure - game would be best ... but I'd settle for a decent movie.

I agree - but it will pretty much never happen unfortunately.

Access Software is no more, MacroSh*t took over and disbanded the franchise.
'The last of the old-style gumshoes' wont be coming back, im sorry to say.

Oh and God please..NO movie..they will never be able to capture the suspense of actually being Tex, nor will it be Jones that plays Tex..and no Chris Jones = No Tex Murphy, no Tex Murphy = f 'ed up.

Just grab one of the games again and dust'em off for a re-play. Much more satisfying.
