I didn't buy Anna's attraction to Jake

The film portrays them hitting it off rather quickly after reuniting but there was no initial sparks between her and Jake, and the little prologue didn't leave any hints that they had secret crushes towards one another. It would have been more compelling if it was the Priest that Anna was crushing on, which would make it more ironic as Priests are relegated to celibacy unlike Rabbis who can marry and start families.
