I realize the script was trying to illustrate that Anna was a teenage tomboy who all the boys liked, but comparing her to Tatum O'Neal in FOXES was a huge faux pas. Tatum wasn't in Foxes. The narrative confused her with Jodie Foster or Cherié Currie who actually starred in Foxes. Tatum stared in LITTLE DARLINGS. Not the same movie.

Yikes. How did nobody catch that?

I came here to say that! I had to replay the line a couple of times because I couldn't believe such a mistake was made. I do wonder who he really meant, Tatum in Little Darlings (doubtful) or Jodie Foster in Foxes?
