Traditional US gay bashing

Again the habitual American association of 'bad guys' with homosexuality. In the same vein as in James Bond's 'Diamonds are Forever' (Mr. Kidd and Mr. Wind), homosexuality is a trait of villains, never of heroes. At 37 minutes in the abysmal 'Diplomatic Siege', we witness a villain reading through a pornographic magazine, and of course it is... homosexual. It is a cheap and cowardly trick, because on the one side specators won't miss the message, and on the other hand film producers get away with it arguing that 'some villains happen to be homosexual'.

Why this bigotry towards gay people in American mainstream media?

It should be- "It's because Americans are bigots."

You post a lot. Easy to do that when you are on the dole. Do you have a comfortable council estate?
