Just watched this film, OK I guess pretty ordinary. Is it just me or does Colin Farrell get on other peoples' nerves too. I just can't get with him somehow, I'm not sure what it is but I don't like him or his acting.

I don't like tim too, but, in this film he is ok. But I don't like him as actor and ABSOLUTELY not as a person

You mean you know him personally? Otherwise this sounds pretty silly to me ;)

I don't like him period. Especially after the crap s*x tape which has been dumped on the net FAR too often, more crap to browse through

I felt the same way about the movie. It was pretty ordinary. Nothing drew me in. However, I think Colin Farrell's a good actor. It wasn't his performance that made this an average movie.

And it's pretty stupid that you guys are talking about not liking him as a person, when you guys don’t even know him.

think he's hot.

Nah, I love his acting and I love the persona he puts out there for the media. I'm into the whole "real" uncensored people, real as in they say what they want and *beep* you if you disagree. The movie was pretty ordinary, though. Nothing flashy, but I'm pretty sure that was the point.

To be honest, i've never been a fan of him but I thought he was ok in this movie. He played the part that was expected of him well and thats what matters in regards to this film.

I haven't seen any of his other movies but I did note (and appreciate) that he didn't appear as anything other than a soldier sick of war and conflict. I liked the fact that he wasn't another hollywood actor trying to make war look glamorous or make himself look like the hero by taking this part.
