This might be a dumd question but here it goes.

How come he never saw Boz again, i mean you think he would go find him or boz would come find him.

what you talkin bout willis?????

I am talkin about the end of the movie, you would think that Pvt. Jim Paxton since he was Bozz's friend would go find him or Bozz would go find Pvt. Jim Paxton. Thats what I meant.

reply

I agree, especially since he's writing a book about the guy. I don't know if this movie is actually true or based on a true story though. But... it did make it more dramatic so maybe that's why.

I think it is just the irony of Bozz himself. Just the way he was. And it isn't actually said that they never seen eachother again but Bozz does say to Paxton that the old army buddy thing is not going to happen. Thats up for you to decide. I personally think they would. Bozz just said that but I'm sure he would be happy to see him in the future.

I believe that in the movie Paxon says that he'd see him again and Bozz says "No you won't." Either that or Paxon says "I'll write a whole book about you, Bozz." and Bozz says "No you won't" and rips up Paxons journal thing....yeah, that's what happend, I don't know know. I don't think Bozz would make and effort to find Paxon, it's just his character. Paxon, on the other hand, apparently did make and effort to find Bozz, seeing as how he says in the movie that someone told him that he was killed, but wasn't listed and that someone else told him that the saw him in Mexico with a beautiful woman. Don't they have a wall of the MIA and KIA and Veterans? Wouldn't he be listed somewhere on one of those walls? I don't know, I just loved the movie!

haha yeah and marry and f-ing moose! lol

I think the first place Paxton would check would be the wall, so I doubt he was killed over there.

Paxton most likely searched for Boz, thats why he had heard that Boz was killed but also that he was i Mexico. Probably two great places to hide at that time.

Boz just wouldn't care. He never had any intention to find friends in the army. He was drafted, and won't to get out, but that was harder then you might think. So when he was out he was out. Or hiding. Or dead.

The Wall was built in 1982...
