I've been wanting to see this film since I saw it on Saturday Nightmares! That was like 20 years ago! Guess what... HAIL THE 'TUBE!

I just rewatched this startling short on YouTube and it was every bit as creepy and unnerving as I remembered it being when I first saw it back in the early 80's.

BFI have included it as a bonus on their region 2, Dual Format Edition (Blu-ray and DVD) of Stuart Cooper's "Little Malcolm" (1974), Number 020 in their Flipback series.
