that Angela is underdeveloped for her age, and her body looks more like a 13-yr-old that a 16-yr-old. If she had a body like Jane's, on the other hand, and displayed the same flirty behavior toward Lester, there would have been a lot less kvetching about pedophilia.

You're assuming I was turned on by it. I was not, because it looked like a skinny 13-year old. I find it exasperating that all teenage girls these days look at older men as creeps, every one of them. That's just the natural solipsism of a teenage girl, but come the day you will be aching for attention from those same "creeps."

shareI've seen CoN, they're good scenes but I do prefer her scenes in The Lover. Not because she's looks underage, those scenes are just seem to fit the movie a little better. Her young look helps too.
I'm surprised March never became a bigger star though. Maybe her acting skills are not quite there but she is a nice looking woman.
I dont like that movie and dont find the need for the actress to do sex scenes or nudes.

Actually, I don't see the "need" for it either but I also don't see much difference between doing it or describing it in a book as opposed to doing it in a film. If someone doesn't like it they can always watch something else. That's the whole purpose of ratings too, you can choose family entertainment or R rated.
