Another Song Question

i dont remember the episode name but it was the one where sara got suspended because she couldnt explain the ballistics report to "Mr. Dante" her new boss. At the end of the episode, Joe left her some stuff that belonged to her father and i would really like to know who sang the music that played while they zoomed out of her window. He sang something like, "i've come to take you home" they use it in commercials now too. Anyone have an idea?
