Who would you like to see??

This is probably already running somewhere on this subject but I'm watching the James Cameron Episode & heard him talking about his idea for Terminator came from a dream he had when he was ill which got me thinking bout who I would love to see...

Wes Craven!!

Who would you like to see appear??

You know me, I'm not one to gossip but you'll never guess what I heard...

reply

I would like to see Mariska Hargitay.

reply

Two words....Gary Oldman.

The definition of an artist.

Couldn't agree with you more Navid, the man is nothing but a pure Legend!! Would be great hearing him talking about Leon, Sid & Nancy etc.

Plus if they let Daniel Radcliffe on why not Gary Oldman??

You know me, I'm not one to gossip but you'll never guess what I heard...

reply

Isn't it criminal that Gary Oldman has NEVER been nominated for an Oscar? The range in his body of work is frightening, but what's remarkable is his commitment to his work.

I think Gary Oldman's career is one that students should learn about, instead of recent guests whose prime motivation is self-promotion.

I honestly couldn't agree with you more, he's so diverse and seems like a different person in everything he's done. One of the best british actors of our time and it seems like people just don't seem to appreciate his talents, maybe one day tho!!

Thanks.

Angela Lansbury, Robert Duvall, Maggie Smith, Albert Finney, Julie Christie. It disgusts me that Rosie O'Donnell and Teri Hatcher have been on!

reply

Keith David, that's an actor. His popularity has kind of been rising over the years, to the point of voicing one of the best Disney villains. I think he would be a cool guest to have on the show.

reply

Gary Oldman and... Alan Rickman! heck i wish they would do a Harry Potter special episode the way they did with The Simpsons, Modern Family, Glee, etc

I think as same! How true you are!......................

Assuming they do more episodes (which doesn't seem too likely at the moment), but anyway here is my list(it's possible that some of these people were already on, and I just missed that episode):

Leonard Nimoy
Patrick Stewart
David Hyde Pierce
Anthony Edwards
Jean Stapleton
Valerie Bertinelli
Pierce Brosnan
Teri Hatcher

"The best thing a father can do for his children is to love their mother."

reply

Teri Hatcher had been on

Season 12, Episode 19: Teri Hatcher
Original Air Date—18 September 2006

reply

Pierce Brosnan appeared long time ago.

I know several years back they did one with L&O order producer Dick Wolf and actors Chris Noth and S. Epatha Merkerson. I'd like to see some of the rest of the actors in the L&O franchise get their chance with James Lipton:

Mariska Hargitay
Christopher Meloni
Richard Belzer
Dann Florek
Vincent D'Onofrio
Ice-T
Jesse Martin
Sam Waterson

How weird, as I was opening this I thought of Wes Craven as well, however it wouldn't be much of anything new, since I've seen so many interviews with him and all his stories are the same.

Well, it's exciting that Jim Carrey was just on it! I enjoyed that episode a lot. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see Kenneth Branagh on this show, though. Alan Rickman and Maggie Smith would also be great to see!
