Why didn't Arthur just beat that smug btch Charlotte, and lose purposely the week after?

I hated that he let her win >:(

I agree, Charlette has apparently been on it for weeks. Beating her when he had the capability would've been ideal.

He feared he would end up on the show for years until he's old. But he could've thrown the competition anytime.
