Binky no longer a BULLY?

I've noticed in recent years that Binky Barnes hasn't really been bully characters like George anymore. Do you think that it has to do with a lot going on in news media about children committing suicide over cyber bullying or just in schools, and that they don't want to leave a bad message?

I think its more that most schools have a zero-tolerance policy

They don't want George to go pew pew pew.

Well if you look at how Binky used to make his life hell by tripping him and bullying him, yeah he would have ended up being a just that.

Well, even in earlier episodes, Binky wasn't always a bully. He seems to be more mean when he's around the Tough Customers. But then you have episodes like "So Funny I Forgot to Laugh" where there is still bullying going on, so I don't think Binky's role change has to do with any news reports (if they're even accurate reports).

Yeah I just seen that episode where Arthur was picking on Sue Ellen's ugly sweater/jacket thing and that was real bullying to the point where Sue Ellen was going to transfer to another class. We all know that episode had a strong message in regards to bullying. But As for Binky, he was a bully sometimes without Molly, Rattles and Toby (Tough Customers) he would pick on George a lot.

Binky was really only a bully in the first season.

He later became friends with the others and had a softer side. But still lashes out once in a while.

Honestly, he was only a bully in a few episodes. I believe the plot is meant to imply that he was ORIGINALLY a bully but has a change a heart when he's not hanging out the Molly and the other tough customers.
