If DW was to punch baby Kate....

So in "Arthur's Big Hit" we all know Arthur got in trouble for punching DW.

But if DW did the same thing to her little sister Kate, would she receive the same punishment, or get away with it??

reply

Why on earth would she punch a BABY? I know D.W. is a high-spirited brat sometimes, but even she wouldn't go THAT far.

reply

Well Arthur decided to punch her little sister who's smaller than he is. On top of that, he's a boy and she's a girl. And Arthur isn't usually a brat, he can be quite reasonable unless you cross him.

So if Arthur is capable of doing it, what makes you think DW isn't?

reply

I'm surprised Arthur didn't face assault/battery/domestic disturbance charges. I know he was a minor but still, Arthur was boy, DW was a girl and he was a lot older than her.

reply

He was an 8 year old boy who didn't know any better I suppose. Lol.

In that case, Arthur also could've pressed charges on Binky. Even those they're both males, he was a lot bigger and stronger than him, so he could've done some serious damage like knocking him out unconscious and breaking his arm.

DW is old enough to know right from wrong. She knew it was wrong for her to touch his plane, but decided she could get away with it, she didn't think he'd lose his temper and hit her. She is a spoiled bitch and I for one hate how Arthur was demonized in that ep for finally putting her in her place.

Kate is a baby and doesn't know anything. Plus, DW can move her stuff out of Kate's reach since Kate can't actually have full access to the house like her siblings. If DW ever thought it was ok to hit Kate, she is a sociopath in the making.

reply

Considering she was sent to her room for bashing Kate in "Go To Your Room" I'm sure she would get in trouble if not worse.
