I have questions about The Read House floor plan:

There is only one bathroom? I would think there would be a half bathroom near the laundry room or something. It is a multi floor house. Or having a bathroom in the garage. Isn't the garage a very large detached building?

About the den: I always thought that the living room and the den were at opposite sides of the house, not next to each other. I thought the house had a huge living room on one end, the den and kitchen and eating area on another end, and the stairs in the middle.

D.W. and Kate's room is a very large room with a huge walk in closet. Notice Arthur's room is much loftier.

About The Garage: Dave Read has another kitchen in this garage. It has a huge storage area with no cars. But they have a pink wagon and a yellow van. Where are they? It seems they never keep them in the garage. Or perhaps the garage is much larger because it is L shaped just like the house.
