Obviously this isn't a big budget film, but I was wondering how much it cost to make roughly?

Obviously it was minimal. The weren't any actors in the movie. They're all one timers. Just remember, no talent = no money.

According to the director, the film cost $25,000 to shoot, with more money coming in later for things like post-production, etc.

Wow, that little? That should give hope to some young filmmakers out there. Better than a lot of movies that had budgets in the millions.
