Does anyone else think the upcoming film seems to be heavily influenced by Sharkskin Man and Peach Hip Girl?

i just watched smokin' aces on dvd and pretty much couldnt get over how much it was like SSMAPHG. the exact same kind of concept. a bunch a very different assassins going after one guy, EVERYONE getting blown away at any time they want. seriously, when you watch it, its SUCH a japanese film. i can totally understand why it flopped in the states, its just not an american movie. crazy.
smokin aces was ridiculous. i felt nothing about the characters. i could care less about any of them.
it was just a bad hollywood copy of sharkskin man and guy richie movies.
