where?

where can i buy this movie? I looked at suncoast and amazon.com and nothing ... can someone please help

the fact that you can't find it means that it was never released. I saw it by accident, and stopped watching before the tape ran out, as I came to realize that it was like one of those RINGU type videos that will kill you if you see the whole thing. just count your lucky stars you didn't get the help you wanted.

GOOD NEWS! www.geteventhemovie.com

this is a re-cut of Road to Revenge, but, after talking to auteur John De Hart, I get the impression it's essentially the same movie. I'm eagerly awaiting my copy.

watched it. just as bad as I remembered, endearingly so. a great deal of fun. Mr De Hart doesn't like my saying so, but this is an extremely good time for all the wrong reasons. buy it buy it buy it.

I'm pretty sure conceptualediting is John De Hart...Did you really put your phone number on a message board...wait I just looked up the phone number. That really is John De Hart. Apparently hes an attorney. Good fallback job when your acting and singing career don't work out. So many questions for you.

1. Why did you make an action movie that only had 3 action scenes?
2. What happened Huck's alimony payments? I was so invested in that story
3. Do you listen to yourself singing when having sex in real life, or just in your movies?
4. Do you have any fighting background at all or you just winged it?
5. Where did you get the money to fund this movie?
6. Whose basement did those bar scenes take place in?
7. Did you have to argue with Pamela Jean Bryant to film so many sex scenes and did you only include them in the film because you wanted to look cool.
8. Did you film any more than one take on any of the shots?

And hey John, sorry to call you out on this, but I can't let you get away with it. You reviewed your own movie on here and gave it 10 stars. And you pretended to not be you. Thats so sad John.

haha

I think almost every interior scene was shot in that same white walled basement ..they just rearranged stuff ...( well ...they took down the dartboard )

I would like to buy this fun movie.... it is almost perfectly bad

Oh yeah this movie was remarkable. I had a blast just watching it by myself on my computer. It defied logic. I'm not even sure what the plot was. I think it was just an excuse for John to film himself with a hot babe. A terribly great bad movie.

After scouring the net in spring 2013, I posted a want ad at ioffer.com
and got a response fairly swiftly. I paid for and eventually received a DVD of this outstanding production.

Previously, I'd tried ordering direct from (what appears to be) John De Hart's web site geteventhemovie.com . After having searched for a couple of months (amazon, ebay, tower, CD universe, etc etc), I was pleased to find it offered for sale by the auteur himself, for a mere 10 bucks. I thought my search was over. After completing "checkout" and sending money via paypal, I noticed the paypal status for the transaction was "unclaimed". In short, the email address his web site directs paypal payment to, was NOT registered with paypal!

...I know! Surprisingly slipshod for a film venture of this magnitude of excellence, right?

Anyway, the guy selling on ioffer wanted $14 so that was ok, although I had to bug him repeatedly to ship it. (I canceled the paypal transaction.)

As I write this, tower.com is offering it for $2,753.76. Yes, it says $2,753.76.
Meanwhile, an amazon seller is offering a used copy for $4,999.99 + $3.99 shipping. I know... a little steep on the shipping, right?

BTW, I really should have checked here first. If I'd only known then that I could have found this DVD at "any place that sells it", think how much time I would have saved! Yes, all the answers can be found on the internet.

Anybody know where I can purchase this movie now?

What a cheesy web site! You have to electronically drag the DVD into the shopping cart.

reply

haha i know, but a movie of this caliber...of course you have to do that on their website.
