So the european company that sells the region 1 copy, does anyone know if the 'lights' are on at that company?

I ordered the dvd as a christmas gift in early october, and am still trying to either recieve the film or contact them and actually get a reply. Even by patient overseas shipping standards it should be here, or someone should have gotten back to me.

I'm going to have to report the charge on my credit card as fraud, and hope I can recoup my money.

Anyone else have a bad experience?

I ordered the DVD over a year ago, and recieved it shortly afterwards. The film plays fine on my regular DVD player, but only in B&W on my PS2.
Other than that I'm satisfied.
