what is this movie about? is it about the song by the queen by any chance?

It's not a 'movie', it's simply the music video of the song published at that time.

It wasnt actually The Queen that did it , it was a band with a similar name.

Right...I remember this movie now, He doesn't want to die but sometimes wishes he was never born at all...something like that, haven't seen it in ages

It may not have been a movie but a BCC mini series instead

In any event it was quite good

Yeah, but who was Scaramouche and Bismillah? The last act introducing all those new characters makes such little sense! It's slightly mad.
