Why does this have a very low rating

I hate this movie too, but I don't think it should have a very low rating like this cause then people might know that the movie is terrible. I think I might have to overesimate it a bit maybe up to 4 or 5 just to help bump it up a little bit based on user's emotional reviews.

My favorite actresses are Margaret O'Brien Dakota fanning, and Peggy ann garer
