113 minute version (Norway)?

Has anyone seen the extend version of Aberdeen? IMDB list the American version as 106 minutes and the Norway version 113 minutes, what missing?

Different framerate for NTSC/PAL, maybe?

I have no idea if it was edited but the scene in the camping park/trailer park seemed to be missing some parts - it jumped around a lot. A few other scenes felt chopped up too.
