It doesn't seem to have been released in the UK; it doesn't have a UK certificate.
If you have a VCR with NTSC playback (which most VCRs sold in the UK have), you could try getting a tape from Amazon.com. I just got a tape of this film, and it is excellent. Certainly one of Lena Headey's best performances. Region 1 DVDs are also available, but even with an all-region DVD player there could be problems.
