I can't believe this board has NO topics!!!

I loved this growing up, I must have watched the vhs I had of it at least a dozen times before it finally gave up on me. I was shocked to find out that the vhs I owned of this was just the first two episodes of a long running series from Japan! I had no idea since the two episodes covered the entire plot of the original novel, and so now Im going crazy looking online trying to find the rest of the series dubbed in English. Usually I consider subbed versions to be superior but dubs just don't bother me as much with animation as they do in live action since they are already having to dub the voices in in the first place. Does anybody else remember seeing this show when they were little or know where I might be able to download it or watch it again?

i brought english dubbed version dvd from ebay.com its from phillipans it only has 17 to 52 on though i am looking for 1 to 16

I had the VHS tape and watched it a ton of times as a kid. I just looked it up to see if they had updated it to DVD format. I never realized it was a tv series.

There are releases of it in various languages but the english language one remains elusive. I think there is a dvd release of the first few episodes in english.
