I was on this show!

It's been years...now I'm 22 but when I was about 6 or 7 (in 1st grade), I was chosen along with other kids at my school to be in the "Polkaroo Goes to Camp" special. The mother of one of my classmates was a writer for the show and she collected a bunch of us to take about 2 weeks off school to hang out with Polkaroo & the hosts and play random games and sing songs.

The show originally aired at some obscure time like 6 am on TVO and made it to VHS eventually, but I never saw it in stores. I still have the original recording as well a photograph of the entire cast and a newspaper article...not to mention my pay stub. That was sweet too.

If anyone ever sees or saw this show, I am/was the little Asian girl who played "Sleeping Beauty". We put on a rendition of it because the "story teller" supposedly could not show up. I also managed to get elbowed in the head by polkaroo. Good times!
