Is this the version I saw?

I remember when I was younger I saw a version of the Noah's Ark story and out of pure nostalgia, I was just wondering..

The version I saw had scenes of Noah dancing (one scene he danced to prove to God that they should live or..something like that). He told a friend that their home town would be destroyed and if they looked they'd turn to stone (and his friend's wife looked)

I thought the version I saw had William Hurt for some reason..

Can anyone help at all?

I think this is it, but I didn't see William Hurt in it.

Noah dances after they've been floating for months, and everybody's gone batty from cabin fever, and God says he's going to sink the Ark. Instead of crying, Noah starts whistling and dancing around like a crazy man, and his jig is so awful that it amuses God and he decides not to wipe the slate clean after all.

Sodom and Gomorrah, with Lot's wife, was earlier, before they built the ark.
