I got it on DVD back in 2003 for a cheap price. It's pretty bad but definitely not bottom 100 material. All of the main characters range from annoying to unbelievably irritating and all the intended humour falls flat (some is so bad that it's almost funny though), but visually it looks quite good and some of the action scenes are well shot.
