One of the worst disaster movies

Since there are two titles that are similar, I am going to assume that this is the one that I have seen. One of the scenes involves a lady in a shower who needs help evacuating the building since the floor is no longer there. A teacher falls down an elevator shaft, and a boy breaks his arm. The movie begins with the son dying of one of the main characters. Anyway, this movie has the worst acting of any movie out there, with an equally appalling script. The special effects are worthy of jokes. Stupid beginning involves depressing and pointless death of young son in Northridge earthquake. Skip this one! No stars out of four.

I think the only "point" of the son's death was to give the main couple something to have a major conflict in their marriage about, since he abandoned his wife and family when she needed him the most.

There are two meanings to "Worst disaster movies":
1. Movie about the worst disaster
2. Worst movie about a disaster.
Having just watched it again, again, again... it's clear that meaning 2 is the right one.
Strictly speaking grammatically - there can only be one "worst" (superlative), the correct term in this context is "worse" (comparative)
