Season 3 episode 2 uncredited cameo?

I just realized that when adair is in the dog park talking to random people, he approaches a guy with horn rimmed glasses... it's Justin Theroux! how random is that? why isn't he credited? im sure that he just happened to be there, but still.

any ideas?

If I didn't think Justin Theroux was already awesome, he officially is. If only there was a season 3 DVD that I could watch to make sure......
