anyone get shades of quantum leap from this series?

Loved it even though it only got 3 seasons, and they both werent finished properly. sigh. Loved QL more tho, and spose i should be glad they didnt start a group of evil backsteppers like they did evil leapers. (tho i guess sometimes they did)

Actually I wish QL had introduced the evil leapers and "god" guy earlier so more story could have been fleshed out.

The episode where Parker becomes Pope is very reminiscint of Quantum Leap
