What dialect do Vic and Bob speak with? One of them comes from Leeds, but what do you call that particular accent?

A leeds accent/ some one from leeds is a leodensian if that helps.
Neither of them really have leodensian accents tho.... more midlands I think....

Ah, why not wait 5 years for your reply...?
Both are from the Teesside area and their accents reflect that - hence the irony of the various random Latvians in The Glorious Butranekh declaring their passion for "The Boro", i.e. Middlesbrough Football Club!
While Vic was born in Leeds, he grew up in Darlington. Bob is from Middlesbrough itself, i.e. a true "smoggie".
Darlo and Boro aren't far apart, mind, so the accents are pretty similar.
