Lacking Empathy for a Psychoanalyst

For a woman who supposedly is an expert in psychology and analysis, she sure has a set view on why people are doing things, and an inability to see anything from anyone else's point of view. She also lacks empathy towards any she feels guilty, and doesn't seem to recognize mental illness when it's in front of her.
