Skeeter?

The original origin of the name "Skeeter" referred to one who skeet shoots. The context in which you are referring to didn't become a well-known thing until the early 2000's. However, the term "skeet" in the hip-hop community traces as far back as a 2 Live Crew song from '96... I guess it was just an awesome gag pulled by the show makers knowing that the higher-ups at Nickelodeon wouldn't get it. :)
