How did they get there?
I never knew this but why are they in dinosaur land? How did they get from Mario 3 land to here? Did something happen in an episode for this to happen or did they just show up there one day?
shareApparently, they (Mario, Luigi, and the Princess) took a vacation to the Dinosaur Land after they defeated King Koopa (Bowser) in Super Mario 3. Unbeknownst to them, but knownst to us, King Koopa had escaped and retreated there after being beaten. When he found out that they were there, Bowser sent his minions to capture the Princess. Of course, he succeeds. Mario and Luigi were forced to save the Princess once again, for the 3rd time. This time, they had some help from Yoshi the dinosaur. The Oogtar character was only created for the show.

shareI was wondering the same thing the first time I saw that cartoon zrug99z, even though I was only five and a half, when the cartoon premiered, though. As you can see by my "Where did Toad go?" thread. I'm not sure if anybody knows why he wasn't there, but it is interesting to wonder where Toad went and wonder what happened to him after Super Mario Brothers 3." If you watch the last episode of Super Mario Brothers 3 "Super Koopa." You could tell that Toad was saying to Mario "You're right, that King Koopa may have thought he was super, but when you're talking Super Mario Brothers, there's just no substitute for the real thing." Then Mario says "Yeah, but we couldn't have done it, without our Toad." Then, Toad has his mouth partly open, with a happy face." So obviously, that line was saying goodbye to Toad in the game series, but it just kind of makes you wonder, why Mario, Luigi and The Princess didn't take Toad to Dinosaur Land with them?
