I have a question. In the movie, Mary does a monologue from the made-for-tv-movie called Sybil. I just recently watched Sybil for the first time, and I did not see the monologue that Mary performed anywhere in the movie. Why is that?
shareI do know that there's two versions, a theatrical version (133 minutes) and the full original version (198 minutes, recently released on dvd). While I'm not familiar with the monologue, maybe it's part of the full version, but not the theatrical version. Just a thought.

shareThe character always used to do monologues on SNL as well, and if memory serves, they were always not direct quotes from the TV movie in question. I'm guessing the monologue simply isn't in any version of SYBIL.
