I like the song, "Spirit in the Sky," but the mocking Jesus cameo always

made me cringe. Simply because I know this movie IS a comedy, but it did make me feel uneasy that they mocked Jesus in that cameo. I do like the song, "Spirit in the Sky," because it's actually uplifting in a hippy kinda way. By hippy, I mean, it definitely SCREAMS 60's song! 

Why not mock Jesus? I think almost every religion out there deserves to be mocked, because religion is easily one of mankind's worst inventions.
