What was he doing hanging around a 9 year old? Is he some kind of perv?

Seriously? You must be a very disturbed individual.

And he wasn't hanging around. He was following Liz. Kid just happened to be there.

Hellboy is very immature for his years, he finally got a chance to talk to someone who's at a fairly similar developmental stage.

Actually, I'd like to see a scene if him hanging with some obnoxious boys in their mid-teens, if H3 ever gets made.

Since in the 4 years since my post the made an inferior remake instead of the long-awaited sequel, it seems that we're not beyond "doubtful" and into "Del Toro has given up".
