The beginning of the current trend of trippy quick cuts and editing?
I love this film but as I re-watched it recently, I noticed an uncanny similarity to the types of editing tricks overused in current films like SAW and the like.

"Evil Dead Trap" sure have style but rips bits and pieces from lots of movies too. Not that i think it is a bad movie but there are obvious inspirations from movies like "Suspiria", "Zombie" and "Evil Dead". However i would definitely choose "Evil Dead Trap" over "Saw".
geeks with attitude!
