The eyeball stabbing is the only good gore.

I myself like gore (it add´s a little punch) but you must realize that there are more to movies than just gore. If you want nothing but gore why don´t you just go visit a slaughterhouse?
You have probably already seen these but here are a few suggestions of gory movies. "Braindead", "Bad Taste", "Street Trash", "Guinea Pig" series, "Zombie", "The house by the cemetery", "The Beyond", "Cannibal Ferox" and "Antropophagus".
